The delivery was faster than I thought it would be…one box came in first, then the remaining two boxes showed the following business day. Once I had all parts layed out, the assembly was again, faster than I thought it would be. The casters made moving and positioning it easy. Once I finally sat in the massage chair, I loved how the rollers and air bags felt; it is a comfortable massage. It is made of the fake polyurethane leather, but this is one of the better ones I have owned and found it to be durable even though it’s a step below the real thing. For the price though you are getting a leather knock off and should expect that. It travels well, but I wouldn’t check it. It can hold a suit set or a weekend bag amount of stuff into it for the size. The best thing is that you arrive at the hotel and don’t need to do any unnecessary ironing. It has a shoe compartment separate from the bag even. If you need to travel and keep a suit or shirt separate and don’t mind a carryon this is recommended as a stylish way to travel.

Great weekender bag or business travel bag. Fit two suits (could have fit three), and enough undergarments for four days. Still had enough room to fit four loaves of my daughter’s favorite San Francisco sour dough bread! Including spacious shoe area, this bag is way better than a duffle bag or greased backpack. Plenty of compliments and more importantly functional. Oh, also fit my toiletry bag… I went with the pocket version, but you can’t go wrong for the price, function, or look. I recommend using the standard dry cleaner hangers to better roll the bag as intended- suit hangers (hard plastic with trouser bar) will not bend and make for a sloppy bag. The only reason I did not give a 5-star rate was due to the small clips that keep each side of the bag secure once zipped up, could be more durable and in my opinion the point of wear for this bag design.

Ladies, ladies, ladies! If you’re the type that prefers a carry-on bag vs lugging a suitcase, you need to get you one of these garmet duffle bags. This bag is everything + more than you could have ever imagined, and the size is great! So many pockets, a hook to hang your clothes, and even an exterior storage case for your shoes. I made the purchase for my son since he’ll be traveling for the next 2.5 weeks, but I may just grab another one for myself. I own an entire JLo luggage set, but I’m at the point of preferring travel bags because they take up less space and are so much easier to maneuver. Personally, I could easily pack 2 weeks worth of clothes in this bag because I fold small, pack more tops than bottoms, wrinkle free dresses, & only 2 pairs of shoes. Get you one!

Like the bag overall. Solid 4 star item. Zippers could be a little more heavy duty, and close all the way up on the sides. It didn’t really keep my suit wrinkle free, but I doubt anything that rolls up or folds will do much better in this regard. Decent carry-on bag, and hols a lot of stuff. Internal pockets are ok when its unrolled, but not so great when it’s in duffle-bag mode. I like the material. Durable. Looks like leather. The shoulder strap could be a little nicer, but all in all I’m fairly happy with it, and may even use it when I’m not taking a suit.

This was one of the lower-cost chairs I looked at, but it easily had one of the top set and volume of reviews, so I ordered one for my hardworking husband who has way too much yard to tend. The chair arrived two weeks earlier than expected, and right on our wedding anniversary, so it was perfect. We started to put it together right away. It took us about an hour to get it all put together, and then another 15 or so minutes to try and figure out why one derriere pillow would inflate with the opposite shoulder pillow. We finally got the tubes connected in the right order, and it worked great. My husband tried it, and, as shown in the photo, he relaxed right into it. The thing is much stronger than I expected, and it really gets in there into your muscles. The only downside I would say it has is that the shoulder pillows seem to be made for a taller, wider man. They don’t quite reach much. Otherwise we’re both very pleased with the purchase.

I ordered this massage chair for everyone in my household to use and everyone loves it! My grandma especially loves it since she has a lot of joint pains. She uses the chair 30 minutes a day and it definitely helps with aches. I have severe back pain from having 2 epidurals with both pregnancies and using the chair has helped that a lot also. So so much. The seat is a bit wide and everyone in my household are small. So the hip massage option doesn’t do much since just barely touches our hips, but we just added cushions to the sides and that helped! All in all, great product! I’m glad I bought it. I was a bit nervous ordering this given it costs 2-3 times less than its competitors. But it arrived and I was really surprised by the quality of the chair and of the actual massage. Even though the rollers on back are static and dont move up and down, there are so many of them and they run at different speeds and intensities it feels like they are moving around. The lower back is much stronger than upper back but thats fine by me. Really impressed and hoping it holds up to daily use because it really does a great job.

TLDR: When I first got this chair I thought that I had made a giant mistake. Now I’m using it every day and while there are better chairs out there, this one is probably the best value for the money.
First, the bad:
When I first received this chair I was not that impressed. The construction of the chair is fine, but assembling it turned out to be a real pain because the bolt threads for the armrests didn’t really line up well with brackets, and caused me to spend the better part of 45 minutes trying to get the arms on. One of the 4 bolts ended up getting cross-threaded and thus the left arm is a bit loose. So that was frustrating. After seating it out to put it together I sat down in the chair, tired and sore from the ordeal, and… the message was painful – mostly in the lower back rollers, and I was incredibly frustrated that my legs couldn’t extend all the way and remained in a tucked position. The controller is designed really stupidly and the programmed messages are not adjustable, outside of the airbag pressure (which wasn’t my source of pain).
Then, things got better.
After the first day I came back to give the chair another try. I read through the manual to see what I was missing with the terribly laid out controller. Turns out there just wasn’t a whole lot to be done to customize settings. However, I went through all the presets and did finally land on one that was tolerable for my lower back (setting 6 “sleep” mode). My other point of frustration was having my legs feel like they were getting pushed up to my chest (and I’m only 6 foot) went he chair reclined all the way, and I found that if you only recline 3/4 of the way you can get a fuller extension of the legs which is more comfortable. I wish I could extend my legs straight like a recliner, but hey, at least I’m not in a crouching position now. Finally, the message just started feeling better the more I used the chair as my body got used to it. The pain points went away and now I spend about 30-45 minutes a day in the chair comfortably and it does a great job of lowering my anxiety and helping with the perpetual leg cramps that were preventing me from sleeping.
Would I buy this chair again?
Considering the financials, yes. There are certainly better chairs on the market, but to get a step-change in the quality you’re going to be spending $3-7,000. There is just no way I could have rationalized spending that kind of money on something that feels so frivolous (though it’s really not if you value low stress or sleep). If this chair breaks I will probably upgrade to a more expensive chair having now experienced the benefits, but like a beginner grade musical instrument it’s good to have a quality option to make sure it is something you’ll stick with before making that commitment later in life and for that, I am very happy to endorse this chair.

After owning this bag for 9 months, I’ve been very happy with it. This bag is very easy to organize with the various pockets and compartments. I haven’t packed a suit in this bag yet but I have packed a couple dress shirts and slacks in it at a time and have been able to wear them out of the bag although I usually hit them with an iron just to touch them up a bit. The bag looks nice and with it being cheaper leather, Im not worried about it getting scuffed up, but it has held up well so far. I would be a little hesitant checking this bag if I was flying. The main compartments zipper can be clasped with a cheap plastic clip, but I don’t know if I would trust it holding up getting tossed around during baggage handling Most of my work travel is in the car so it’s a non-issue for me.

This chair gives a comfortable massage. Just keep in mind it’s for very tall people. My husband is 6’ 0” and he says it is just right. I’m 5’ 10” and it is more comfortable for me if I sit on top of two couch pillows so that I’m as tall as him. The calf area squeezes the calves a little much for me, even on the lowest strength. But I am 225 and have fat calves. Something else to keep in mind. The only thing we didn’t like was how ridiculously hard it was to put together. It took my husband and I an hour and a half to assemble, mainly because the screws they send with don’t line up well with the brackets and holes you have to put them into. Directions aren’t The most clear either. It still seemed worth it though once we could finally use it.

I would give this 3.5 stars, but it’s not an option. I purchased the blue one as a birthday gift for my husband and I really like the color. It does look a bit “futuristic” kind of like a seat in a spacecraft. It fits my husband, who is 6′ 1″ pretty well. I am 5’3″ and the neck massage hits me in the back of the head and is not comfortable. (I throw a pillow on the back of my head and neck to use it otherwise I am getting beat in the head my the rollers.) It hits my son in the same place and he is 5’8″ (That being said, there may be a way to adjust and I just haven’t played with it enough. The foot massage only gets the back 1/2 of your foot, so you end up moving your feet to get a massage on the front half. I like the compression on the legs and hips. My arms are too short to enjoy the arm compression without sitting forward (and then you can’t get the back massage), but it fits my husband. He really likes it, but said it misses an area in his upper back area. I would recommend to someone who is tall, but don’t buy it if you are shorter.

I have tried a few of these types of chairs out at various tradeshows, and expo events. They are typically much more expensive (>$3,500 each) and usually associated with a commissioned salesperson. After getting through much of their sales jargon, I realized that some very basic features are on both this unit, and the more expensive versions. This chair was pretty easy to assemble, as long as you have a friend to help you with the boxes, mine came with 3 of 4 heavy boxes. It took about 40 mins to assemble, and It worked immediately. I would say I like moderate pressure, not super deep. The shiatsu portion of the neck is very weak and almost unnoticeable. The hand squeeze is the same way. I have certainly felt more from higher end units. The foot/leg massage is great, and the lower lumber section and buttocks is good. Middle to upper back is good too.
I’m 6’0 tall. 35″ waist and 44″ wide shoulders. The chair is tight, but manageable.
In short, there are certainly better units out there. But when you factor in that this unit is $800, and some of those units are 4-6 times more expensive, I consider this a bargain. So far the mechanics and pneumatics have all worked fine, as has the blue-tooth speaker system. Overall I would suggest this unit, as a fair product for a fair price.

I rated this 4 stars only because of the Horrible instructions of putting it together…. the comfort was rated 4 stars b/c the waist massager feels like someone beating me with a baseball bat. Other than that the chair is excellent. I thought it would sit up like a regular massage chair (so I could watch tv) but it doesn’t so I have to either lay back and look at the ceiling or partially lean forward uncomfortably. But its not a recliner its a massage chair so it does what its supposed to do and it does it really well. I also wish the remote lit up in the dark b/c i use it at night sometimes and cant see so i have to shine a light on it just to see what to press.

Once properly assembled this is a very comfy chair with relaxing massage features, especially for the calves. Zero G rotation is nice. Have not tried the bluetooth features yet.
The chair arrived without an assembly manual, but the seller was very quick to respond with a pdf manual. It took some fumbling to find all of the pneumatic lines stuffed in the crevices but overall not too bad.

I do like the massage it gives for the most part – still exploring all the different functions. I will say that I wish it you could stretch the legs out more – and I’m only 5’6″. If you are tall, this is not the chair for you. But other than that, it’s pretty great. Also, the display on my control pad was broken when the chair arrived and I didn’t have a manual. I called customer service separately for these issues and each time I reached someone very quickly and they sent me a new control piece and a manual by email right away. Most of the time customer service is so bad, so it was really refreshing and nice to get great customer service.

This chair is pretty cool. My wife and I got this as a Christmas gift to each other. The chair was delivered quickly and without any damage. It took about an hour to put together. If you have put a few things together before you’ll be fine. This chair is legit especially if you don’t have the high end chair experience to compare it to. We love the bluetooth and the zero gravity. It’s about the size of a normal recliner (not too bulky). The back rollers can be too much pressure for some but a thin pillow behind the back fixes that. When the massage is over it leaves you in the zero gravity position. Husband finds this annoying but wife loves it because if she falls asleep she is in a comfy position. The biggest drawback is the design for the shoulder massage. It barely touches and is pretty useless. This is disappointing because a lot of people carry stress in the shoulders. We use it before and after work. So far it has been well worth the money.

Overall, it’s a good massage chair. It doesn’t do what the ones 3 times the price do, but no one should expect it to. I’m 5’5″, and several parts of the chair don’t really reach me – the inflatable parts and the shoulder and hips, and the upper back roller is a little higher and wider than I’d like it to be. Otherwise, it does what it’s supposed to. I actually end up doing my lower and upper body separately because if I sit on a cushion to boost myself up, the upper body stuff works better for me.

We were a little hesitant to spend so much on the chair. But are glad we did after we put the chair together and started using it. The heat is relaxing and soothing. You are able to turn on the massage on a specific part of the chair to target certain areas, or run the chair on different programs. The legs can extend to match the height of the user. I bought the chair for my wife, who has autoimmune diseases and for me for back issues. We use percussion massagers, T.E.N.S. units, compression everything…socks, gloves, arms.
We have inversion tables and cervical traction devices and felt that this is about the last thing we could buy for the massive amount of home therapy that needs done daily.
I was worried about the comments about size issues regarding tall and short people. We have no shorter people in the home. So I can comment only on frame sizes 5′ 8” and up to 6′ tall. The shoulders are the main issue with the chair. The cushions are too high even for me. I get the lower half touching me and barely giving a squeeze. The thigh and legs compress very well. The waist is okay.
I’m a narrow hips person with broad shoulders. That should help to understand the fit and feel of the cushions.
The rollers for us are painful. There is no padding on the back. I’m guessing that it is so heavily padded people can get a massage. The rollers should penetrate moderately padded people well.
We have to use pillows and cushions to avoid tender spots in the morning. I do not mean tender, like a good massage to the muscles. I mean, the darn bones get tenderized. This thing will sometimes roll right over your spine. You get a chiropractor free painful adjustment. I mean, lift off the chair screaming, God, why?
The foot massager, the first time it destroyed my left foot the next day. I needed my tendons and bones mashed around a bit, I guess. My right foot was not nearly as sore.
We find that putting pillows on the back for padding and a cushion on the seat to raise the height can offer different massage experiences. You will need to experiment with different types.
The neck massager area can be too high for some, rubbing on the skull instead of the neck.
The footbed needs to be pressed down with your feet to obtain the distance you want. It will retract automatically. I don’t fit well in the chair in the zero-gravity setting.
I need to be reclining a few degrees before zero-gravity. This way, my legs rest in the cradle better.
There are Bluetooth speakers. Those are not very loud.
The speakers are not in the headrest. The speakers, located inside the base of the chair. The sound is different sounding on different surfaces. Ours is on tile and average. No serious bass tones. Not too much treble.
The movement of the chair on the tile is kind of stubborn. The casters could be a little more beefy and larger in diameter. I would expect carpet to be more of a drag and difficult.
The remote control is not backlit and can be hard to read in the dark. In time you will memorize the controller. The controller has an adequate length of the cable and has a built-in storage pocket.
We are glad we bought this chair and could not afford the two thousand dollar chairs.

Overall, I am satisfied with this chair. The only real problem I had with it is one of the bolts didn’t align with the hole that was pre drilled in the arm. I just have one of the 2 bolts holding the arm in right now, and it’s fine. But, in order to fix it I would need to grind off the bracket and weld it just a 1/4 inch over from where it is. So here’s what I think of this massage chair. I was quite skeptical at first given the price of this massage chair as I’ve had experience using other more notable and expensive models in the past, but I have to admit for the price it delivers ease and comfort for a budget massage chair. Delivery comes in three boxes, the main unit (A) , the arm rests (B), and back/headrest (C), they are a bit large and heavy with the main unit close to 80lbs so I recommend using two person lift. Also, don’t be surprised and panic if some of the packages are shipped separately and not in one tracking number. I had the experience of this happening and Fedex royally ruined the delivery of the last package. However, once I explained to the seller of my situation with Fedex, they resolved it immediately by sending me another replacement of the missing package ASAP, which was awesome.
While I’m a big guy at 6″1′ in height, I was still able to fit nicely into the chair once assembled which itself was pretty simple despite not having an instruction manual sent along with it. You can literally just look at the online picture and know where each component needs to be fitted (the air nozzles will take a little bit of effort to squeeze in together). While sitting in it, nearly all of the focus areas are well covered i.e. back, shoulder, calves etc.. and together with combination of the heating and Zero-G function, I actually fell asleep for about 5 mins during my programmed 25min session.
Overall as the title dictates, this massage chair is affordable, comfortable, ease to assemble, and most importantly gets the job done! I’m already considering clipping a collection bucket next to the massage chair so I can charge the friends and family rate of $10 whenever they are over hahaha.

I’ve had this chair for a couple of months so far and it works just as described. The item arrived in a set of three large boxes. Assembly was pretty easy so long as you have an appropriately sized hex key to attach the arms to the base, which I did. I think that should have been included in the box, but it wasn’t an issue for me personally. The air hoses were a little bit annoying to attach since they are a bit short and hard to reach and the plastic nozzles that connect them can be somewhat difficult to push into the hose ends, but it only has to be done once, so not a big deal. The comfort of the chair is so so, but this is to be expected because the padding has to be thin in the places where the massage is delivered so that the rollers can have their intended effect. I wouldn’t recommend sitting in the chair when you are not getting a massage unless you are willing to cover the back with a throw blanket as I did because the rollers can be uncomfortable when not in motion. The massage itself is very intense! The rollers really press into the back and feet. The air pouches also give an impressively firm squeeze. I was not disappointed by the strength of the massage features. I especially love the heating feature that warms the back and the zero gravity mode that reclines the chair so that you are laying on your back. The foot rest is spring loaded and extends with a little bit of applied pressure for longer legs, but personally I would have liked for them to extend slightly more, not a big deal though. The remote control, which is attached to a long cord and requires no batteries, sits in a little pouch attached to the right arm of the chair. The Bluetooth speaker is in the base of the chair so the sound will come from behind and below as you are sitting in the chair. It paired easily with my cellphone. Sound quality is acceptable to me. There are also wheels on the bottom to make it easier to relocate the chair. Compared to other similar products this one is much cheaper and works exactly as promised. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase!

I was a little skeptical of what I would find when getting this product, as the price is almost too good to be true. So far, this product is AMAZING! My son helped me assemble (he’s 17) and we had it all put together and were using it in about 45 minutes. It was pretty easy to put together and there were several parts that were already assembled, so it was simple to do.
I was a little worried after attaching the arms that they seemed like they wobbled, but I haven’t had an issue and I’m just careful not to push my entire body weight on them when getting in to and out of the chair.
The only drawback for comfort would be that I’m only 5’4″ and somehow gave birth to a 6’1″ child that doesn’t exactly fit perfectly, but he still enjoys using it and makes it work ok.
So far, everyone in my house has LOVED using this chair. The speakers are loud and a neat feature. Would definitely purchase again!

My job requires me to do a lot of manual labor so I have been going to a massage therapist and chiropractor on a regular basis for a few years now to keep my body in check. I was hesitant on buying a massage chair because of the price but I’m so glad I did. I use this throughout the week in between my massage/chiro appointments. For being on the cheaper side of the massage chair markets this chair does really well. I love the airbag feature, as it can get pressure points that a normal chair could not. The heat and foot massager works really well too. I am 6’2 and the only issue I have with the chair is that I do have to move around a bit for the neck and back rollers to hit the spots I need them to. I have found that sitting in an upright position Goan hit different areas than the zero gravity position though. The roller and airbag strength is adjustable which is nice because they can be a little strong for some people who have used my chair. The Bluetooth feature is great as well as I always listen to music while I’m sitting in the massage chair. Overall it is a great product, and is great quality for the price.

I have tried several massage chairs, and while this one is not as fancy as some other that cost 3 times the price (the ones with the rolls going up and down), it is a great value for the money.
The rolls do circular movements and go deep enough to be effective, which is the main thing I was looking for.
The neck rolls are weirdly positioned and I feel that unless you have a very specific body type / height, you won’t feel them at all.
The airbags are good for calves but the waist and shoulder ones won’t be of any use, as they too far from your body.
The 0G position is great, it feels like a business class seat.
Overall, the chair is good for relaxing, which is its main function, and at this price I am pretty satisfied.

The UPS man brought it in three boxes. It took two people to carry the boxes inside. My husband assembled it by himself using the directions inside the box and YouTube for extra help. It took two hours to put it together.
The massage chair offers three sitting options: Sit upright, recline with legs elevated, and full recline with legs elevated. It has the capability to customize the speed & air pressure strength and/or back, waist, foot, buttock, arm, calf, or shoulder. The message chair has a heat mode. The chair heats up fast. When I have the heat on, I put a blanket under me to help reduce some of the heat because it does not have a medium or low option. The arm massager is like a blood pressure cuff that gets tight and loosens up. It has the capability to adjust the strength or intensity of it. I put it on the least strength mode. The remote is attached to the massager. When the buttons are pressed it makes a beep and has a light on it.
There are six auto mode massage options:
1. Relax
2. Sports
3. Neck
4. Waist
5. Stretch
6. Sleep
My favorite mode is sleep with the zero gravity of back reclined and feet elevated. The sleep mode feels like human hands massaging my back. The timer has the ability to be set for 5 to 30 minutes. When it goes off the chair stays in same position until the power button is pressed and then the chair goes back down to the sitting position. My husband, two young children, and I use this chair multiple times a day. It helps to relieve the stress and pressures from our day. I would highly recommend this massage chair.

In the assembly, I had to dismantle the upholstery staples to find a black airline that seemed to be missing. I did locate it at the bottom of the left arm, pulled it up and re-stapled the upholstery.
I found the lower back to be quite uncomfortable until I put a thin sheepskin seat pad against the lower back and that improved the use and enjoyment of the product immensely. I use the massage chair mainly for back tension and pain relief.

1: the pillow for your head has no cushion to it. So, it is not very comforting.
2: the rollers don’t go all the way up your back. They primarily just work on the lower back area.

PROS:
1. The chair arrived on time and was easy to put together. I did it by myself.
2. I like the Bluetooth and airbag features. Actually, I like all the features.
3. The foot, arm, lower back and leg massage are great.
4. Customer Service was super responsive and worked with me even though it was not my preferred solution; it was a fair solution for both parties.
CONS:
1. I didn’t realize that with me being 5’3”, the shoulder and neck massage would not get my shoulders and neck and that was the primary purpose for buying the chair. I have been going to physical therapy to relieve the tension in that area and I thought this chair would help but unfortunately the shoulder airbags didn’t reach my shoulders and the neck rollers were on my head, missing the critical areas entirely. I think if I were at least 5’7”, this chair would be perfect.
2. Since the functions of the chair were not defective, I was responsible for shipping if I returned the chair for a full refund. NOTE: Pros #4, customer service was excellent.
3. I had to purchase a Shiatsu Neck Shoulder Massager w/Heat to use in addition to the chair to get the areas required.
4. Seat cushion is not as comfortable as I thought it would be. It’s not horrible but I add an extra pillow.
Overall, I think this is a great buy if you’re 5’7” or taller or if you’re shorter and the neck and shoulders are not a concern. The price is great, features are nice and it does the job.

It’s a good duffel bag; got it originally for a wedding and everything fit pretty well. At the end, ended up having to add a few more things and it was able to zip up even after it was already difficult before. The suit, shirts, shoes, and everything else was able to fit for a 5 day trip. One complaint is the front pockets don’t clasp very well. Found out when I got back from a trip that several personal items had fallen out because the clasps didn’t end up closing very well. Not only that, but suits, pants, and shirts still end up a little wrinkled even though they are in that built in garment bag. Probably more for a trip shorter than a weekend and a general replacement for a garment bag in the first place.

Honestly, the product description and price were too good to be true. I’m glad I was proven wrong. Now, I’ve only used it once so far, but it did more than I expected.
The product was received day after I ordered. It looked good. I really overstuffed it for a four day trip. I was able to get it into overhead bin storage. Unpacked and my clothes were in decent shape. Had I not overstuffed the bag I would have had less wrinkles.
My only comment, and it’s not a bad one, closing all the zippers when you’ve overstuffed takes a little bit more effort.

The chair worked, but I encountered a few issues. One of which is the neck roller. The neck roller felt as if it was rolling on the back of my head rather than my neck. I’m about 5’9″ so I’m not super short, yet that neck roller felt as if it was made with a tall person in mind. The second issue I had was that this chair didn’t come with any instructions. Even when I hired a couple of technicians to assemble my chair, it was a little tricky for them to do it without an instruction manual, and they had to call the manufacturer.
Other than those things, I love the chair. It works about as well as the massage chairs inside malls despite the relatively cheap price, I like the zero gravity function, and I like how I can play my music using its bluetooth function.

I was getting tired of having to wear my suit in the morning to the gym because I didn’t want my suit to get wrinkled in my traditional gym bag. It’s pretty intuitive to use (zip from the top and then work to the sides.) It does take some more time in the morning to pack but the space I save and am able to use to put gym clothes in. The inside plastic is thin so I think it will last but time will tell. The zippers could be better as it can be tedious to zip it all the way without running into small issues. These two issues aren’t deal breakers but rather something the company can work on to improve because the exterior seems to be well made.
I think the best thing about this is that I can finally fit my size 14 sneakers in the sneaker compartment and still have tons of room for those with even larger feet than mine!

The only issue I had was that the instructions manual could have been more clear in the first steps….just place the back of the chair vertically into the mount and you will save an incredible amount of time that I wasted trying to understand the manual.

I bought this bag in April of 2022. I’ve used the bag for about 3 overnight trips and two 3-5 day trips. Initially I like the bag a lot, however recently I took it as a carry on for a 5 day trip. The should strap buckle (metal part) broke before I got to my airline gate. So far the main zipper and internal zippers work well but I question the long term use and durability of the materials if the metal buckle broke so soon. The jackets arrive moderately wrinkled, and i have to take extra care to be sure the shirts are well placed to keep them from being wrinkled. The clasps at the bottom of the bag help but only so much. I’ve found Im able to include tshirts and workout clothes in the bag as well and appreciate the additional internal pockets. I just wish the shoulder strap was more durable and I’d be able to use it longer.
UPDATE: October 2022. Seller contacted me regarding my concern for the should strap buckle breaking and gave me options on how to “make it right”. The seller was responsive and resulted in a good outcome for my use of this product.

This is a very stylish travel bag, I’ve gotten lots of compliments on it. When I tell people that there’s a suit in there, they get even more impressed. The clothes seem to come out with only a few wrinkles. I can fit about three days worth of garments, and the shoe pocket is nice because it keeps dirty soles off of your clothes. If you have large shoes (make sure to stuff the insides of the shoes with small items), you will lose a good bit of packing room (it’s a garment bag, not an interdimensional portal… wink, wink). Others have complained about the flimsiness of the zippers, I agree; they could be sturdier.

I am totally impressed with how much this bag can hold! It easily fits two pair of shoes (one being running shoes, the other heeled dress shoes) in the internal shoe pouch and still holds enough clothes for a weekend! I love that the hanging section is separate in the outer section and all the internal pockets are amazing! There is a long narrow zipper pocket (18.5″ X 5.5″ fillable area) that is at the top of the hanging pocket. There is a square zippered pocket (7″X 6″ fillable area) and then another square pocket that has a smaller (4.5″x 3″ fillable area) mesh zippered section. The hanging section is 34″ to the hanging loop or 36″ from very top of compartment to bottom. It is a little over 19.5″ wide. There are two adjustable clips in the bottom of the hanging sections so your clothes stay put and don’t bunch up when the bag is zipped into duffle formation. On the outside of the side without the shoe compartment there is an external zippered pocket (10.5″ x 5″; zipper opening 9″) perfect for a phone and wallet. On the inside of this side, there is a elastic pocket (5″x10″)for more items. Each side compartment can be opened and accessed without having to undo the entire bag. The material is thick and durable for travel and I like that it has cotton covered handles, a band for slipping over a larger bag handle and a longer padded shoulder strap for multiple ways to carry it. There is also a hanging loop so that once you are at your destination, you can unpack and hang it for easy access and still keep your hanging items protected. The zipper for the hanging section is full length and allows the section to open wide for easy access. When it is in duffle form it is 20″X 13 and it has brass feet to protect the bottom. This bag can also be folded down for easy, compact, flat storage too (21″x 13″)! It comes with a lightweight dust bag which is nice for when it is not in use. The only thing I will be extra careful with is the plastic three-prong clips that keep the zippers closed on each end. They seem durable but are small.
Love, Love. love the versatility of this bag. The thick material makes it a little heavier than a a fully nylon bag but I think it will be more durable as well. This is perfect for weekend trips as your only bag or as a carry on for longer trips when you have special hanging items you want to keep safe, wrinkle-free and protected. The light pink is a very pretty petal pink. The exterior can be wiped down for easy cleaning. I really feel like the designers of this bag thought of everything!

I was surprised by the quality of this duffle bag. It’s a nice sized carryon bag. It have many pockets and and spaces for storage inside and outside of the bag. I know it’s for leather but feels nice and smooth. It does agave a funny smell but I’m sure that will go away. I love that is has a separate storage area for my shows. My husband has a similar bag to this for his suits, I decided to get one to put some of my dresses in for the same type of weekend trips. I was able to fit everything for a long weekend in this little bag and still had space. It also has a neat little latch on both sides so the bag doesn’t unzip on its own.
The shoe compartment fit two pairs of my shoes, I put a pair of heels and some flats in there. The garment bag portion held two of my dresses easily. Once the bag was zipped up, I was able to fit several shirts, pants, pajamas, socks, underwear, etc. You can see in my picture that there’s still space in the bag for toiletries and other goodies.
The only reason I knocked it down a point is because the bag is very heavy empty. I think that probably means that the items inside are more protected but the weight is still a lot. I’m still going to use the bag and I think I’m absolutely going to love it.

First off, it’s a beautiful blush pink, more understated than in the picture, and I count that as a plus, not being a fan of vibrant bubble-gum pink. With the gold toned hardware, it really has n elegant, pretty feel, that those of us long past our teens can feel comfortable with. Inside, plenty of pockets to accommodate whatever you want to stow, jewelry, contact lens accessories, underwear, socks, small electronics or chargers. The garment hanger portion has some clips to keep them from slipping down. The built-in compartment/ sleeve for shoes is roomy enough for a couple pairs of shoes. With all that, there is still quite a bit of room when you zip it up to form a duffle bag. It zips up rather easily to form the duffle part, once you figure it out. Looks a little puzzling, but really is self-intuitive, just find the zipper tab and start zipping and every thing comes into place. Once done, or if you are using it solely as a duffle, there is a ton of room inside. Ok, so I am going to be brutally honest. I bought this for my husband for our anniversary cause I figured he deserved something nice for making it to 20 years without me killing him. He works a hard labor job every day and he always comes home and spends half an hour in a foot massager I bought and half an hour in a 15-year old massage chair that only does the back. I thought this would be better since it does multiple places at once.
Now, I’m the one that put it together for him. It comes in two boxes and is a bit awkward to move around. You slip the back over two bolts on the base and then sit it up. You add the arms to each side and bolt in four bolts total. Then you slide the last two arm pieces on and the butt cushion and boom… Done. After, you just hook up all the hoses that are all color coordinated, roll it to where you want it, plug it in and go. Took me about an hour because I kept reading the instructions over and over again and the bolts were a pain in the ass to see when putting it together late at night in my dark living room. (Make sure to bring a light.)
Now, after that… Here’s the good and the bad.
I am 5’6″. The neck massager basically gets me in the back of the head. My husband is 5’10” and the neck massager hits him right. I would need to sit on another pillow to take advantage. In zero gravity position, I slide up a bit but then it’s right at the top of my neck and still not effective for me… So think extra pillow if you’re my height or shorter.
Next, the back rollers don’t roll up and down your back. They basically twirl in place where they are so you will have to move yourself up or down to get them to hit other spots.
I really like all the air massagers…they squeeze and release on your arms, shoulder, butt, and calves and feels really good. It’s easy to adjust the pressure if you want but I like the max setting.
The foot massager seems too short when you first sit in it, but when you power up the chair, the chair angles backward just enough that you can push your feet down into the rollers and it extends the length of the foot and calf massages. Super handy for any length of leg. The foot massager is a little awkward because you are stuck with your feet at a 90 degree angle while getting the massage, but if you move your feet around, you can get the balls to hit different part of your feet. I like the foot massager on this one better than our solo foot massager because the balls are large and gentle.
Zero gravity really ups the pressure when you need it.
All in all, it’s a good chair. I just wish the back rollers rolled up and down instead of just in a circle motion.

Needed this for a wedding trip and this fit the bill. I chose this particular one over the many out there and I am satisfied. The canvas material is thick, zippers are solid, and the compartments are thoughtfully designed. I was able to pack 2 complete suits (for my husband and son), and 2 dresses for me. There is a loop to keep them on hangers. Separate zipper pockets for the ties, socks, jewelry, and special occasion undergarments. Once I had them all packed in the “garment bag” form, I zipped it all up into the “duffle” form and was still able to pack more trip essentials. If packing for one, I’m sure the shoes would have fit (there is also a pocket for shoes specifically).
Ofcourse the garments weren’t completely un-wrinkled and required just a bit of steam touch-up. But wayyyy better than having them rolled or folded in a conventional bag/luggage. Very happy with this bag and will definitely use on future trips. This easily meets carry-on requirements, possibly even as a personal item (ie. Spirit, Frontier) as an addition to your carry-on.

My first concern was with durability and construction. I am very pleased at the look and feel of this bag. It has a more rugged and well constructed feel than I expected. The zippers are also better than I expected. The handle connections and pockets are also well done.
What I do have a slight issue with is the sizes. Specs show it 22”. It’s not. It’s 21” and that’s not even the usable size for the suit area. Think more like 19” for the suit. I bought this bag after ordering the similar Seyfocnia bag with no outside pockets. This bag is supposed to be one inch wider. It’s not. It’s supposed to be 5” longer. It’s about 4.5” so it’s close.
I am a big guy and have a big suit (about 1XL-2XL). The zippers won’t shut around a standard suit hanger. They will close around dry cleaner hangers. Not what I was looking foreword to putting my suit on, but oh well. The hanger strap on the larger bag (one in the back) has the loop sewn to the lighter front fabric whereas the smaller bag has the loop sewn to the back which I suspect will hold up better.
Seems to be rugged, durable. Overall a good buy. Wished it had better hanging options. Wished it either had included hangers or instructions on what the intent of the loops were for. There doesn’t seem to be a really useful way to use them.

I used this for a 4 day getaway and it was perfect. I really like the convenience of the garment bag with pockets which I used for small items. I packed it to the max with extra outfits and it’s very accommodating. The only negative was the weight of carrying it although the strap was designed well to balance it. I probably wouldn’t use it for airplane travel because of that and I’m not sure how well the material it’s made of would hold up for checking.

I really like the style, look and holding capacity of this bag! The shoe compartment will hold two pair of my dress boots (size 10.5) and will still have room inside for my clothes. The bag does everything except roll. You don’t need to have rollers if you plan on carrying another suitcase as it fits securely over the handle and sits on top of the suitcase. It was able to hold a lot of clothes. The only complaint is that if you try to load it down with more than 3 hangers then it becomes difficult to zip closed securely.

If you get one with a working zipper, I’m sure it would be a great over-nighter. Lots of compartments. Beautiful color pink. It does feel cheap though. So disappointing.

This is not the same as a regular clothes bag, you can use it as a travel bag or as a hanging bag, it is large enough to be used for weekend trips.
I love that this duffel bag has a special pocket area for shoes to keep your stinky dirty shoes out of your clothes. Zip up the garment bag and roll it into a sports bag that you can carry with you on business or travel.
The leather suit bag is durable and waterproof, and the zipper is made of premium YKK metal zippers instead of the plastic zippers I’ve seen on other bags.
One more thing I really like about the color of this pink suit bag.

When I opened this up to wrap for Christmas I definitely noticed the quality of the fabric was cheap. I am hoping that the fabric and zippers hold up when he travels. It was definitely cheap in cost so if it does break we will invest in a higher quality option later. Very innovative idea for a product!

This bag is able to fit 7 days worth of outfits and a dress. It has its own shoe pocket that fits my heels nicely. Such a soft material and the straps are super comfy. I haven’t had any problem with the zippers. Also fits all my shower supplies and after shower products

I used this bag for a 2-day formal trip, and this bag fit perfectly well 2 suits along with assorted normal-activity clothing as well. The hanging bag is better-suited for one suit than 2 (and has clips for 1 suit at the bottom to secure the suit), but everything arrived and made it home without wrinkles. The bag is also made of a canvas that feels exceptionally sturdy and thick. I could see the plastic “feet” on the bottom of the bag possibly getting broken, but so far they’ve survived.

Have used the bag twice now, but as a duffel bag, not using the garment feature. I’ve been very satisfied with the appearance, the quality and the amount it can hold. Has the right number of pockets for my needs: a place to stash shoes while keeping my clothes clean; a fairly large pocket at one end for travel papers, etc.; two smaller front pockets that I used mostly for emptying my pockets before going through security. It seems to be well made, and hasn’t scuffed after 4 flights. My only issue is that the way the zippers are configured, there is a gap between the end zippers that create the duffel shape and the long zipper on top that closes the bag up. It’s not a problem as a carry on, but I wouldn’t be fully comfortable checking the bag, especially if it were raining. Some sort of flap with a snap or Velcro closure to cover the gap would make the bag almost perfect. I’m still happy with my purchase, and the garment bag feature will come in handy when I need to travel with dress pants or a jacket/suit.

i will say i initially had concerns when i read the reviews saying that their zips broke off or the wheels aren’t good (the one i bought doesn’t have any wheels), but fortunately i don’t have any of those problems. my take is, you get what you pay for (and this is a cheaper dupe!) but imo, this is actually a fair quality bag that’ll get you through a few trips. my biggest concern is that there are two holes in the bag, (see photos). i guess it’s fair due to the mechanics of this bag, but hopefully there’ll be a version in the future that won’t have these holes. BUT because of this, i definitely do not recommend using this bag as your checked baggage. use it as a carry on instead.

This is a great travel bag. I recently went on vacation and packed my bag about a week before the trip. The clothes remained wrinkle free in the garment section and there was plenty of room for all of my toiletries, some shoes, a change of clothes, etc. It also folds up nicely afterwards so you it doesn’t take up any storage space after unpacking. I travel for my job every week. I have had garment bags and a carry-on for years. This bag took care of my suit, my extra pair of shoes , toiletries for four days of travel. I took my work backpack with my laptop and other supplies and through the airport and travel in no time. That said this was great for a suit or for something you need to lay flat. This works well but if it gets too full then the zippers don’t stay closed well. But for a small overnight trip with a suit and a couple of shirts it’s good. It will not fit a suit hanger, just normal wire or plastic. Love the shoe holder as well

I love this bag, for off I don’t need to fold my clothes!! Just lay them in and zip it up (takes a few times to get the hang of how to zip when stuffed lol). I love that there is a shoe pocket but it does take up a decent about of room (depending if the shoes you store & you can fit multiple pairs). The fabric is soft but quality, and I love the cotton fabric straps they’re very comfortable when carrying the bag. It’s also surprisingly large for what I had expected, it’s the perfect bag for weekend getaways.
